Choosing Your Product

It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pets, we recommend that you check daily for any signs of wear. Just so you know, all our dog collars are made using the finest contoured buckle so this sits comfortably on your dog’s neck. Ordering

You can make your payment by PayPal or debit/credit card. Alternatively you can call our office on 0115 9581154 and make your order over the telephone.

Delivery

All our items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail or Air Mail for overseas orders. If you need something quicker, use our priority next day service. During busy periods, our dispatch time may take a little longer.

Standard Delivery – £3.95 (UK Only)

Priority Next Day Guaranteed Delivery – £7.95 (UK only please order before 1pm Monday – Thursday. Excludes Bank Holidays)

International Delivery – £7.95

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to change the size, colour or print of your item that’s no problem. Please email us at
enquiries@ditsypet.co.uk and let us know what you would like instead. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure its safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
