COVID – 19 Update 25/03/20
We wanted to let you know that we are still very much open for business and are processing your orders as quickly as possible. However we have upped our dispatch timescale to 3-5 working days (instead of our usual 1-2 working days) The Royal Mail are currently delivering as normal, but do be aware there may be some delays going forward. We take the well being of our staff very seriously and are operating in line with guidance from Public Health England regarding hygiene and social distancing. We are working from home where possible & for those coming into our workshop/office we have put very strict measures in place so that everyone is protected.

It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pets, we recommend that you check daily for any signs of wear. Just so you know all our dog collars are made using the finest contoured buckle so this sits comfortably on your dog’s neck. Our small, medium, large & XL dog collars/leads are all reinforced with an inner webbing for extra strength. Want advice on sizing? Give us a call on 0115 9581154 and we will be happy to help.

All our items are handmade in our Nottingham workshop & usually dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or Air Mail for overseas orders. If you need something quicker use our priority next day service. During busy periods our dispatch time may take a little longer. Free UK standard delivery when you spend £30 or more.

If your not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us and let us know the item fault. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we will endeavor to rectify any problems.
If you would like to change the size, colour or print of your item that’s no problem. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know what you would like instead. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure it’s safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
