It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pets, we recommend that you check daily for any signs of wear. Just so you know all our dog collars are made using the finest contoured buckle so this sits comfortably on your dog’s neck. All our standard items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Signed for recorded delivery or Air Mail for overseas orders. If you need something quicker use our priority next day service. During busy periods our dispatch time may take a little longer. Free UK standard delivery when you spend £75 or more.

If your not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us and let us know the item fault. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we will endeavor to rectify any problems.

When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure it’s safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
