You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter than usual over the last few days despite our Birthday celebrations...I don’t normally like to complain on here but looking at what’s happened over the last few days it’s hard not to! 😢 ⁠

We’ve had a handful of customers that think it’s acceptable to be rude & abrupt to myself & our staff! We’ve had demands for discount on products that haven’t been included (and won’t be) in our birthday promotions - some of the language I’ve seen from grown adults has been truly unacceptable! We’ve been accused of all sorts - don’t you just love a threatening voicemail late at night (thankfully I don’t sleep in our office, but it was a nice treat to come into in the morning 😬) ⁠

We are so grateful for all our orders and we wouldn’t be celebrating our 10th Birthday without the amazing support from you guys, it’s just such a shame a very small minority of people think it’s acceptable to behave in this way 😥⁠
